I, Tery, me-- MOI-- jogged (had to be nonstop) a mile in 10:45.............. HUH-ZAH. Yes.
I can't express how awesome that is for me. ;_; I feel like I'm actually getting in shape. I used to just run 40ft and I'd be gasping for breath! :D
