Everytime I see the Crossroads apartments, I want to create a Dude Lebowski sim and plop him there FOREVER.

And I love what you did on Bella's Townhouses! The colors on the exterior are perfect and, you made a usable layout inside. Very cool! The atic is usable also?

Thanks! :D Brick makes everything look better. I need to remember to use it more often.

The attic is usable. It's just an empty space, but it would make a good extra bedroom, or for storage space.
