More sim_spiration  for you all.  I’m not quite sure how to categorise this drabble. I suppose AU fits best, and if Marina wants to treat this as canon to her apoc, that’s cool. If not, that’s cool too. This is a little scene that I can easily see happening back in Regalton, once Stuart graduated and returned from Sierra Plains. I also want to say, that ( Read more... )

couple: sotie, legacy: gen 5, character: sophia, drabble: non canon, story: victorian legacy, couple: elliart, sites: sim_spiration, character: stuart, character: albert

*sniffle* Awwwwwwwww, Eliart!

On the other hand, it's great to see that Bertie will grow up a lot. That is a very consoling thought. I'm dying to find out who his wife is going to be :)

Awesome job, Di!

I know, poor Stuart. :(

Yes, this is Bertie as he will be, not as he is in the legacy at the moment. I'm looking forward to the day I can write him like this all the time. I have a short list of 2 for his wife. i just need to introduce him to them. :)

Thanks.

It is nice to see Bertie coming into his own. Even if seeing Stuart unhappy is not nice.

I totally agree. It's nice to see Bertie being there for, and supporting his brother for a change.

SNIFF. BIG SNIFF. I don't think we've actually seen Stuart cry before. It's heart-wrenching.

On the other hand--yay for Bertie being a mature grown up guy.

No, I don't think you have. It's also very telling to know that Bertie is the only person he would cry in front of too. If anyone else had followed him, he would have walked away from them so that they couldn't see his pain.

Bertie has really come into his own by this point.

Poor Stuart! I feel bad for him. But Bertie! He's become the confidant man that we all knew he could be. I'm so proud.

I think everyone will be proud of Bertie by the time his character arch reaches this point. At least, I hope so. :)

Stuart is heart broken, there's no two ways about it, but he also needs to go through this, and come out the other side. He will do that.

I pretty much agree wholeheartedly with what's been said - it's really depressing to see Stuart so sad and distraught but the fact that Bertie is so mature and wise is great. Can't wait to see Bertie's wife (and hear about the concert incident!) and I love Bertie's lists of things Stuart should keep doing.

It's nice to be able to show the brothers this way round, since most of the time, Stuart has been the strong one, and Bertie has been the one needing support. I have absolute faith in Marina that she will make Stuart happy in her verse when the time comes. :)

I am really looking forward to getting to the point where I can show the concert. The idea has been in my mind for a little while now.
