After fiddling with his iPhone, Sasuke browsed swiftly through his recent text messages while waiting for Hinata at the front centre of the local mall. He quirked small smiles at Sakura's recent text messages, and responded to them accordingly before beeping out of the menu and stuffing the black phone into his back pocket.

Sasuke admittedly felt bad for going slightly overboard in teasing Hinata in Namikaze's entry earlier in the week. In all honesty, he did not want the pale-hued and meek girl to be uncomfortable nor ashamed in any way. Her private affairs weren't his business anyway. And they were most definitely not Neji's. Which is why he spoke up to Neji on her behalf, to persuade the Hyuuga to start treating Hinata like the adult she is. And stop this nonsensical "cuckholding

Well, isn't this a new sight. Hinata's confidence radiated wonderfully all over, and it made approaching her far easier. He stood up and met the Hyuuga girl, first offering a small nod of the head before resting his hand against the side of her arm. "Not a problem. But that's in the past," he said with a small grin. "I need to find her a little something special, and a woman's opinion is very much needed for this."
