Hmmmm. I've lived in PA all my life and have no clue what a "real" pot pie is. A lot of these are true however. I absolutely hate the word dressing and I hate the word soda. It's pop dammit!
But I frown at the Penn State remarks. Go Pitt!
And Pittsburgh people do not talk funny! ;)

Did you notice that even the maker of the meme referred to the 'other' New York option as 'upstate'. LOL That killed me.
I actually knew quite a few of the PA stuff because my b/f lives in Pittsburgh, but a lot of it seemed Philly-centered.
