That dinner sounds AMAZING. I'll have to see if I can find the restaurant when I go to Italy in January :)

I'm glad you got to know everyone better that last night. I agree with you, even though it's late, I think it's better thannever. Now you'll always have this memory of dining and dancing your last night away :)

You should definitely look for it! It's in walking distance of the Arno, but if you ask for "Il Latini" I'm sure people will know it (our cab driver did, anyway). Also, you should go to Acqua al Due -- I never did, but everyone always gushed about how amazing it was, so I'm sad I missed it. High school crush's sister recommends it, too. ;)

I agree with you--better late than never. And if you were lonely before, at least you have all this fun at the end to make up for it.

Descriptions of food are good, in a "damn-why-can't-I-be-eating-that-right-now" kind of way :P.
