I agree with Bill, this looks good. I also agree with you; I acquired when younger a full length, full circle cloak (part of my medieval re-enactment garb) which felt plenty warm when I was younger. As I got a bit more... mileage... and in a wind I decided that cloak proved a bit permeable. It is lined now. Much nicer.
