Around here, a lot of them have arms that move, so they're constantly waving at you. I think I prefer yours.

These ones are of the plastic waving variety. Sorry to disappoint.
They also have large cat-cushons. I'd be all over them if I decided to decorate in Japanese-Kitsch.
