05: One chocolate cake, please
Leslie stirred cake batter with obvious delight that she hadn’t felt while cooking for twelve years.
Tomorrow was Karolina’s birthday.
Yesterday she had requested one of Mom’s Vegan Cakes.
Frank wandered in to grab a glass of water in time to hear her let out a squeal. He watched her for a moment, trying to gauge her sanity, before making his presence known.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
Leslie grinned at him. "I’m great!"
He raised terrified eyebrows and backed up a step. "Should I be worried?"
"Only if you’re afraid of soy!"
Leslie deposited the brown goo in two cake pans and hummed a little. When she couldn’t fit anymore in, she turned to Frank and held out bowl, beaters, and spatula.
"Wanna lick the bowl?"
"Oh. I see," he teased. "And yes."
She giggled as he took it from her and turned to put the pans in the oven, giving Frank a nice view of her ass.
"Hey… How long does that take?" he asked.
"Twenty minutes. Why?"
He ran his tongue over the spatula. "Think we have enough time to do it?"
Leslie smirked. "We have time to do it twenty times."
He gave her a filthy look and dumped the bowl in the sink.
