Greg and I have been training since the beginning of August by going on a long ride every weekend, and increasing mileage by 10 miles each week (we started with 22 miles -- just doing the Minuteman bike path -- because I'm pretty new to cycling and butt/seat pain was a major obstacle for me. We did 35, 45, 55 miles, and nothing for 2 weeks (we were out of town) and then 45, which felt harder than the 55 because of the break :/
Cycling is quite fun except for the insane drivers...
