OK, while reading some fairly humourous stuff on a PETA-sponsored web site (I was there mainly because I was bored), I came across this:

QUESTION: Is it OK to eat roadkill?

ANSWER: If people must eat animal carcasses, roadkill is a superior option to the neatly shrink-wrapped plastic packages of meat in the supermarket

I used to be a vegan. I know all the horror stories of MEAT. There is truth to the stories, but yes, I eat meat now. Meat you get from hunting, is probably your best bet, but good luck. As liberal as I am, there are so many laws for HUNTING RIFLES that most casual hunters no longer even bother.

What's kinda sad? It's easier to get a fishing or hunting license here than it is to get a driver's license.

I'm ok with hunting if the meat is going to be consumed, but hunting just because you want to score "the big one" (ooo, that sounds naughty) isn't my thing.
