Storyline's good, but you probably should correct some basic things, like apostrophes when you're talking about possesion (...my father's fingers digging deep...; My dad's once handsome face...), and also use capital letters every time you start a new dialogue line.
You should also fix that in the title and summary of the story, 'cause it usually drives readers away.

I loved it.
Frank's pretty adorable, being so happy that he successfully lied to Mikey. It totally would have taken a home run if he actually lifted his hand for a high five. :D
I liked the way you described his dad so well, during the 'fight'. It was easy to imagine what was going on, and I'm an imagine reader. Need to see something in my mind to truly take it all in.
