So I finally managed to watch the latest vehicle for Richard Armitage’s extremely very-good-lookingness, the Sky1 adaptation of Chris Ryan’s strike back.

It kind of.... wasn’t awesome.

Yeah, it was entertaining enough, but it could have been so much better. Aside from the horrendously cheesy dialogue and disappointing plot and character

Yay, you finally watched it!

I think the first episode's dialogue nearly drove me away screaming. It got marginally better after that. But it WAS pretty cheesy! Luckily for the extra RA-topping on that XD

OMG the dialogue was torture to sit through. It was so obviously written by a guy. It was painful.

It's funny, all these mvids that are up on youtube for it make it seem so awesome and kickass - the creators should have done away with dialogue entirely and just set the whole damn thing to music - THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN PREFERABLE.

Plot was so obviously secondary I wonder that they even tried to pretend that they cared about it lol
