Not a bad day
- Yesterday I was driving home from work, and "Every Breath You Take" by The Police started, but after the instrumental intro, when it came time for the verse to start, Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" was mixed in over it: Every Car You Chase - The Snow Police
Um, what?
But after I got over the shock of being totally faked out and really listened to it, I actually kind of liked it. The two songs really do work well together - but I bet it would be 100X AWESOMER performed live.

But It's been set for a Friday slot? WTF is with putting shows I actually want to watch on the night of worst timeslots EVER? First FNL and now Jason's new show? WHAT THE CRAP?!?!
- Speaking of vampires, they're making Elizabeth Kostova's novel The Historian into a movie! I thought it was a great read. It's part mystery, part thriller, part Dracula mythology - it's a little long and can get kind of dense in some places, and it's not an edge of your seat action/thriller, but if you like historical mysteries combined with a little supernatural, I think you'd enjoy it. And now they're making it into a movie and I'm just all kinds of intrigued!
