The Coach/ Jules scenes killed me. I swear if I wasn't so evil I might have shed a tear during the car scene.

Lyla just losing it and pretty much destroying her dad's dealership made my night. I was getting pretty sick of a Lyla with only two emotions and her letting it all out was pretty scary. (and while on Buddy, how funny looking was cartoon!buddy in his tv ad).

I am torn to whether I would want every show to have a Timmy/ Street/ Smash/ Matty moment or the wise words of Landry. Luckily from the previews it looks like I will be getting both.

Ever since they introduced Suzie (that's tattoo girls name yes) I knew that Lyla/ Street would not last what so ever. Of course, like I mentioned above I just don't like her so pretty much I had been seeing that since episode one.

Also, your post title: was it you're and not you are. I am a sucker for the Landryisms and I wanted to turn that into an icon cause I thought it was the funniest thing ever.

Omg, cartoon!Buddy was so unintentionally hysterical. He is SO one of those car dealership guys who feel the need to yell at the audience.

Hmm... Landry time vs. guys bonding. It really is a toss up. They're both awesome. I personally would like to see more Landry/RIGGINS time. What the hell happened to that?

I knew Lyla/Street were done the second he proposed to her. No tv teen romance can survive that. And I was GLAD that the death knells finally started tolling. Post-accident Street/Lyla never worked for me. I like them both individually and with other characters - just not together.

And I'm pretty sure he did say "You're his Seabiscutt." He said something else before where it started with "You are...", and then he said "You're..."... I think lol

I liked it.

I liked that Lyla finally like, actually showed emotion. She's my girl, and I love her and all, but seriously, holding all that emotion inside you is not GOOD.

The Taylors are my favorite family too.

If they leave, I don't know what I'll DO.

I liked it too. And I LOVED Lyla losing her shit on her dad's dealership. She really needed to get some of that out and I floved how she chose to do it lol.

The Taylors are so seriously awesome. They are such a real family - they're so relateable and charming. I adore them.

Street/hot tattoo girl are totally cute. haha that was my thought earlier today. if we couldn't have jason/tyra then he should be with the tattoo girl.
totally loved the Tim/Jason/Matt/Smash scenes. it made me all happy.
and seriously i was hoping that Tim/neighbor lady wouldn't happen.. i mean seriously that can only end in disaster.
Julie/Coach own. and i almost cried during their car scene. luckily i didn't b/c my roommate walked in right after it.

Exactly. Though I'm still holding out hope that some day, eventually, we'll get our FNL OTP.

The Tim/neighbor lady thing is just... no. I mean, yeah he's hot and in reality looks about 25, but doesn't it have to occur to her that, hey, this kid is 17 - and that's just a little bit creepy. I knew the second she showed up at his door complaining about the noise that this was going to happen. I'm just praying it doesn't last long. Now that Lyla's basically free, I need Timmy available too!

Thank god this show is back! I've have gone stir crazy with missing it so much. I'm actually quite glad to see things going bad for lyla... I don't know why, exactly, maybe it's the bitch in me (can't be sure) but I liked the fact that jason didn't give her a straight answer. THEN again, I was cheering inwardly when she lost it.

Love the taylors.

I wish my family was like that.

I know what you mean. I was going through serious withdrawel without my weekly Matt/Riggins fix. Lyla losing it was SUCH a bonus.

And I think we ALL wish our family were like the Taylors lol

I love that this show is back. I missed it muchly. *sigh* Oh Saracen!
I love that we got a Landry sighting. He continues to be awesome ITA!

Also, didn't you just want to hug Tyra when her mom came to get her at the Taylor's? Her whole subtle "some people actually have this, and I never will" family thing? Guh. She has slowly grown on me. For real.

Lyla losing her shit was AWESOME. I want Rebel!Lyla. I think Lyla sans boy drama and kicking up shit because of her daddy disillusionment issues would be very cool.

The only way the Street/Riggins/Smash/Saracen combo could have been ANY. MORE. AWESOME. would be if Landry had been there. But I loved it all the same because of how laid back it was.

I am officially not on board with the whole Riggins/Mom thing, but the joy of this show is that it doesn't make me want to spork my eyes out either. So there's that.

HI! How was your weekend?

I'm warming up to Tyra. She isn't a fave, but I enjoyed her in last week's ep. Especially her scenes with the Taylors. *lovez*

Rebel!Lyla was the shit! Ramming into all those cars was seriously awesome, but then smashing into the actual dealership???? That was SO BADASS! I loved it.

And yes, if Landry had been included, the boys' night of bonding would have been 10000000x better - but it was still pretty kickass as was.

As for my weekend, it was good. I had a christening at 1 on Sunday and didnt get home til like, 9 lol. Yay for fun family functions!
