I think this was the best chapter so far. The emotion and everything, I just look forward to read a new chapter everytime I check one of them!

I love the little snipets of Diego and Mia's past in each chapter. They're so cute <3 But it just makes the fic so much more bittersweet ;_;

I'm a sucker for angst,flashbacks and relationships in which one or both of the parts die. So of course I'd fall in love with those two.

I can only imagine Diego's reaction upon knowing about Mia's death.

Great chapter! It's one of the best. Everything was so good -the flashback, Mia's reaction to both Dahlia's release and to Diego's state, Maya and the ending. That ending... I almost cried, I could almost feel Mia's pain (thanks to your wonderful writing).

By the way, I don't want to sound like a drag... but I have a little problem with this "my family, they all have some special talents that I didn’t seem to inherit." -> Maya said, when you met her, that Mia had "first-class powers". It doesn't really matter, but that somehow contradicts Mia story all that jazz... Anyway, the fic is excellent.

Ah, shoot, I'm really bad at remembering little details like that. Perhaps I'll think about editing that part...thanks for pointing it out. Glad you're enjoying. :)

This is such a good story, even if it does keep breaking my heart as I keep reading it. But considering the nature of the story, I guess that would be a compliment.
