When Venn entered the Gelateria, Geno was already there. His wooden face was pressed against the glass of the gelato display.
He couldn't believe it - star bit flavored gelato! He'd never heard of such a thing before, and he was uncharacteristically excited! After regaining his composure, he cheerfully ordered a scoop of star bit gelato with star bits on top.
He glanced towards Venn, just noticing his entrance, and tilted his hat slightly over his face, blushing. Star bits always brought out his most childlike (or lumalike?) behavior.
"Hello." He said shakily, trying to mask his excitement. "Warm day, isn't it?"
When entering, Venn was admittingly a little bit surprised upon seeing a live puppet-like guy by the display, but after meeting a live Fox doll, a walking watergun, and seeing everything in this down from clouds with faces to mushroom-chestnut hybrids, he was able to assure himself that... well? Diamond City has all kinds of people!
Ah! He greeted him!
"Yes it is," the young ninja responded. "Good day to you, too!"
He waited for puppet man's order to be complete before he ordered his Sour apple with Poffins.
After paying the clerk, Geno stared in anticipation as he was presented with the multicolored, translucent gelato. Without hesitation, he grabbed a spoon, scooped up some, and put it in his mouth.
His face glowed...literally. "Oh my god, this is delicious!" He quickly sat down at a table so he could continue eating.
