The morning Shawn spotted Mr Kiwi on the back of their garden, he was thrilled by it. He tried to follow him, walking around on all fours, getting dirty his new pajama pants, his hands and even his face. But the hamster was too fast. It didn't matter, Shawn was too excited about seeing him again! His pet was back!

Okay, I got as far as the first line and went "...... Oh. My. God." XD XD XD

Hee! So awesome! I love the bit with Henry and Maddie trying to avoid the subject and Henry saying it was an imaginary friend and Maddie asking if he wanted a new hamster. And the bit with Shawn picking up the decomposing hamster made cringe a bit... XD And the great detail about the first time Mr Kiwi was too fast for Shawn, but the third time he was shabby and limping.

Just a little typo in go and get and new hamster, should be "a new hamster". when he felt the particular smell I dunno, I actually like "felt" but I think you want "smelt" or "smelled". And grose should be "gross".

LOL. It just needed to happen. From the very first moment we discussed zombies I knew I wanted to write this. XD

I wrote a little something in the week, just to keep this fresh on my mind and it's mostly Henry's POV. He sort of was thinking that Mad replaced the hamster on Henry's back and he was suspicious about them both keeping it as a secret on his back. XD

Can I see what you wrote from Henry's POV too? I'm curious to see now. LOL! I bet he thought that she'd done the thing that I told you parents used to do at the pet shop... I wonder if she would though, while she knows that it's bad parenting, is she brave enough to tell Shawn herself that his pet is dead and not get Henry to do it for her?

Sure thing, I'll send it to you, thank God I didn't deleted once I was done with this. Pretty much, yeah. I think she's pretty aware of how bad that is and she's usually as firm as Henry is on her beliefs. But then, she suck the hamster up with the vacuum and it's all her fault Shawn's traumaized by the loss of the hasmter...
