There is a lot I haven't done for quite some time but I am immensely pleased to still be in one piece after the adventure that was 2010. I don't think I will ever forget this year and I certainly hope not to

I also had a nervous breakdown. Institutionalized, the whole nine yards. Diagnosed Bi-Polar I, prescribed Lithium, felt ill but thought it was part of the side effects that would taper off.

Surprise! Full blown Lithium Toxicity. My body can't tolerate it and I went into psychosis, Ataxia and convulsions. I'm now on a cocktail of Lamictal, Zoloft and Klonopin. It seems to help.
