Did my Victory Ball ticket go automatically onto your list of available tickets or do I have to do anything more?

Sorry for the delay in response, I managed to miss this one.

Anything cancelled and not transferred before July 1st is fully cancelled because we've had to give the University our totally final numbers and we could not guarantee they would be bought, so we'd end up losing money and having empty tables.

Something I'm not clear about, and unrelated to the Ball: Do we have to do something about movie tickets? (There will be a screening, yes?) Or just being already registered takes care of that? :)

The cinema ticket and transport to and from the cinema is included in your membership price. Because we need to wait until the cinema releases times we have not been able to release full details yet.

I sent my booking for a ball ticket off last week - will I be getting an e-mail confirmation of whether you got it (in time?).

And which evening is the Ball?

I'll resend the confirmation later (had a connection issue so I think it mist not have gone through the first time) but the cheque was received in time and taken to the bank on Friday and you do now have a ball ticket booked.
