Why do I bust my ass, and do quadruple the work load just so my lazy-ass supervisor can take all the credit, when the district manager comes for a lame-ass visit tommorrow?!?! I did all the fucking work, while my supervisor pretty much spit out the orders, and I made only four fucking commissions today, because, I did what's really in the ( Read more... )

It's off, from 2200 until about 2400 Verizon's system here went down. It went up again about midnight five, and I was going to call you but I thought better of it, but it looks like you were up!!!

It's a good thing you didn't call, though. I was half in the bag, pretty much delirious, by that point! I wouldn't have been able to converse coherently. Maybe, I'll catch you tonight, instead. :)

awh Nancy. Sounds quit familar. Supervisors get paid more and do a good job at passing thier responsibilities onto their employees. Mine does the same thing and it SUCKS.

Thanks, Jill. I really over-exerted myself to the limit and beyond! Most of the work I was doing was supposed to have been done by the supervisor, but, she's so incompetent and doesn't take the time out to learn anything of her job description! Of course, she'll be more than willing to take credit for someone else's hard work. The funny thing is, is that she actually had the nerve to say she doesn't get paid enough to do what she's doing; I wanted to laugh in her face, so bad!

It's such a shame that supervisors/managers have to be that way; it's really doesn't look substantial to their character! Oh well; I know, in the long-run, I'll benefit from this. It's all part of my "master plan", LOL! ttyl :)

heh i'm going through pretty much the same thing.... i do pretty much everything at work and the asst. manager does nothing... and she gets all the credit! *sigh* it makes work SUCK!!

Hey there! Yeah, don't you just hate that? It seems like all that effort is running down the drain! Sometimes I wonder how I manage to hold onto my good work ethics.

These managers need to get off thier high horses, already! I think they're really bitter, cuz, they wound up in the retail position for the rest of thier lives. That's thier own faults, not ours!
