Whenever she needs to be, Cameron is working at the Orchid. Now is one of those times she's needed, apparently.
She picks up the radio and then blinks down at it, knowing fully well that Odd will not be able to see the movement.
"This is Orchid." It's Cameron, actually, but that should be obvious enough.

She doesn't exactly sound like Tilly, and as far as Odd knows there haven't been any new arrivals...
"Cameron?" He doesn't feel that there's a need to explain who he is, since he's the only one at the Hydra. "I just thought I'd check in."

"Do you feel that you are adequately rested?" When she'd gone to see him he had been sleeping very soundly and she hadn't seen a reason to wake him up considering his state of sleep deprivation on the main island.
