That is a good trope, I agree. (Also tent and even sleeping-bag sharing. Explorer-kink!)

I'd imagine they would wake up all tangled together. Old mattresses typically dip in the middle. Father Brown would be very relaxed about it too, I'm sure.

It really is! It can lead to so much fun :)

Sid might be a bit worried about the fact the he ended up cuddled up to Father Brown during the night.(mostly because it has given him a bad case of morning wood) While Father Brown would not give it much tought at all.
