How to Make Vids - The easy way

Are you tired of asking "How can I make vids?" over and over again and only getting that same old "Get the DVDs, do the ripping" answer? Been looking for an easier, more effective way of finding clips and using them ( Read more... )

Ooh, ooh, you forgot a tip that goes along with Step 3: Be SURE there are ghost frames. That way you KNOW you've really made it in the vidding world. *They* can have stupid "watermarks" on their vids, but YOU can have "ghost clips"! Yay!

p.s. I made a "Numb" vid for Sayid a couple of years ago, so nya! :)

Oh. Well, I've vidded "Unwell" by Matchbox 20 for Frodo... *blushes* Sometimes we're all bound to go for the overused ones.

Oh my god, I could save so much time if I never ripped another DVD! To think we were all doing this the hard way when there's a much easier path, eh? So many things we can learn from clip recyclers.

Go ahead! Oh, if you need scenes, you can always take my vid and just add some GOF in it. ;)

Oh wow! What an awesome guide. To think I spent all of last night and most of this morning encoding Goblet of Fire to my hard drive... when all I should have been doing is using other people's vids!

Thanks! ^^ It did help me a lot. After that vid on vid_our_ground I just felt like letting it all out... again. But since I'd already done a "screw you thieves" post before, I tried something different.
