I was too lazy to get up and get my copy of the play to check the original quote, though. lol
This is sad.

My fave still has to be either 'heads ... heads ... heads ... heads' etc or 'I don't believe in it anyway' 'in what?' 'England' 'What? Just a conspiracy of cartographers, you mean?' (not exact on those heh, I have neither my copy of the movie or play available).
I do love your writing, even if it is small. Small writing is just beautiful.

haha Oh, the conspiracy of cartographers is one of my favorites too! And the "I've frequently not been on boats". Or the "Adress me." "My dear Guildenstern!" "You've forgotten, haven't you?" "My dear Rosencrantz!"
GAH! SO MANY wonderful quotes!!!
Not to mention the part of the "life in a box" speech where he talks about the moment in childhood where we learn we don't go on forever.
I COULD QUOTE THE WHOLE THING, OMG! I LOVE IT!!!!
Awww thank you! I used to think there was something wrong with me for writing so small. Now I just think it's part of my "charm". :P lol

There really are far too many of them. I think what I love most about that speech, especially in the movie, is Guildenstern's very blase 'I think I'm going to kill you ...'

haha Yes!!! I think the movie added a lot of incredible things to the play, like those scenes where Ros is discovering the laws of physics, but when he tries to show Guil, it never works.
