Definitely demand she take it down (preferably in her profile where she can't delete it ;) )! After all, YOUR name is in the credits and it's in YOUR YouTube account. How could she possibly claim SHE made it???
I really don't know what these people are thinking! Both of them! Since BOTH of them posted the vid, even the one that said I violated the terms of service.
