Oh, the last one is so so funny. Jadeite and Nephrite would never let him live that down. And Mamoru's feet will be so smelly later on.

The first one made me giggle. Having always had a lot of trouble with math, I can absolutely relate to Usagi and her wish to get out of doing her homework.

Eww, I didn't even think about that, but you are so very right. J & N would remind him of that anytime he did anything girly, like pulling out a rose & throwing it at someone.

I guess our aversion to math is why we end up as writers. :)

I remember one of my math teachers finding out that I had straight A's in both German and English, and he looked at me all confused and said with some serious disbelief in his voice (and I kid you not): "Oh, so you aren't stupid after all?"

Ugh, that's so awful! I hope that man is no longer in the educational field - for me, it was more chem than math & that man had the same attitude towards the whole class, but it was more like, "How stupid are you? What part of this don't you get?" Um, everything, 'cause you're an awful teacher.
