I have never seen the movie, but that didn't matter one bit and don't worry about Chapter 5 being hard to follow with the two David's. I had no trouble.
I am so sad that it ended, cause as I hinted your David/Nick is so highly addictive and I can't help wanting more.
Your storetelling skills keep amazing me - it was warm and humourous, sad and thoughtful, dramatic and angst-filled, everything rolled up in a lovely package.
I'm hoping that more will be coming soon, cause I'll be haunting this list for more of your fan-freaking-tastic fics.
Cheers :)

that was BEAUTIFUL. i might sound like an idiot, but i REALLY CRIED at the part where nick finds out that david can't remember him. and it's not just because i am the world's biggest waterfall (which is true.) you wrote it so perfectly sweet and poignant and i just had to feel for nick there. this was my face ----> T.T
the ending was so incredibly cute. the SWAMI HAT! david certainly has a long history with it, doesn't he? i also think your jacqui is perfect: she's a tough woman who just wants to be a girl sometimes.
the plot, the characterization- they were all wonderful! and i can't help but love your jim. now, you can be proud that you made this girl bawl her eyes, and crawl into a closet and think of more wonderful fic ideas! go, go, go!
i'll be expecting a sequel ^^ i can dream, right?

Wow! What can I say? This was such a good story. I almost cried when David woke up and didn't remember Nick. And I thought Nick letting David have his apartment back was so touching (and very sad).
“We can touch,”
What a beautiful line. You are an amazing writer.
