I've lost myself in a daze of nostalgia over the last month, and one of the worst things I have done was digging up the journal I kept from the end of my senior year at high school to the start of my sophomore year in college. Well, yes, you'll notice that I haven't upgraded from my $3.99 cassette to CD at any time in the last fifteen years. But in certain moods of mine, John Sebastian's a genius.

I was disappointed that the Morris Day solo video had been removed.

One of the finest gems of music and production you'll ever want to hear. Just listen to the mix and the clock chime at the beginning. Eventhough the Spoonful is in the Rock Hall of Fame; they are still one of the most under rated bands ever and you can safely say they started country rock. I'll give you another gem; listen to "Full Measure" by the Spoonful. That one will blow your mind!!!
