Naaawwwwwwwwwwwwww! That was sweet. I to liked the misdirection, wondering who was doing what exactly. In a longer tale it might of gotten confusing, but with a ficlet, it worked fine.

I agree. With the ficlets that I write, I do tend to use misdirection of one kind or another. I like being able to surprise people a little bit. ;-)
