Yes, put it in lingo that Sam can undertand. Awesome to see Janet yell at Jack. Totally deserved. I look for updates to this story everyday. It has become my crack. :D

Yeah for Janet standing up to Jack (twat!) and fighting for her wife. I'm looking forward to see how they explain it to Sam ;-)

You know Janet doesn't back down when it comes to people she cares about - and this is her wife and unborn daughter we're talking about! And Jack sometimes speaks before he thinks. He just did it with the wrong the person and she went all 'mama bear' on him. *lol*

Everyone getting all caught up and with the program. I am glad that you reiterated the prophecy because I forgot and was too lazy to go searching for it.

Jack messed that up!

“I’m sorry, Janet, but I can’t believe someone who cares about you would put you through all that, that she would even ask it of you.” The blonde lowered her eyes. “I never would have,” she added softly.
Janet realized Sam misunderstood the situation. “Sam, you don’t understand. Kris didn’t ask anything of me. The baby was my idea. I want this.”
The blonde was clearly surprised. “All the years I’ve known you and I never knew you wanted to have a baby.”
The doctor gave the blonde a small smile. “I never did.” She then looked down at her wife. “But I want hers,” she said lovingly.

That was a very powerful exchange.

“Oh, so she’s mine when she’s acting up, huh?”
“Oh course,” Kris said with a smirk.
“Then why do you get to pick out her name?”
“Because it’s my spleen.”
Janet chuckled. “Well, I guess that’s fair.”

Ha ha, yes, it is fair! *lol*

Yeah, Jack did screw up. But he's a good man, so I'm sure he'll make up for it.

I felt it was in character for Sam to be supportive, but still a bit resentful, at that point. And Janet quiet reply really drove home how much she loves Kris in my opinion.

I thought it was a deal fair, too. :D
