she would never have disobeyed her bio parents, she should not
get her license until she is 18, and be grounded until she pays
for her share of the car accident. Liked it.

Thanks. I tried to imagine my own parents had I pulled a stunt like that.
Is there a chance for a Sam-Cassy heart to heart making her understand Janet's view or something?
Oh, I think Cassie understand her parents' point of view quite well. She's basically a good kid. She just excercized some poor judgment in skipping school and going to Denver for the concert. And she's got a whole month of being grounded and having extra chores to figure it out, if she hasn't already. *lol*

I'm sure she will before all is said and done. *lol*
Yay for good parenting! :)
Yeah. I think Janet's insticts were right on the money. However, I do imagine that Sam would be the more lenient of the two. ;)

Yet another reminder of why I never had kids...LOL!
Nice realistic bit of everyday life...I really like the fact that Sam backed up Janet's punishment- Most of the time one parent doesn't want to be the bad guy so they try to help the kid out. Good for her!

As if I needed another reminder! *LOL*

Yeah. I have no problem seeing Sam and the more lenient parent, wanting to be more of a friend to Cassie than a mother. But Janet was right and Sam did the right thing by providing a united front. ;-)
