[Bak seems to be feeling a little better than he has the past while, or so it seems. Doing Tai Chi in one of the thawing courtyards, minus a few of the usual bandages, while still looking horribly hurt, his wounds seem to be healing, large sections of his arms scabbed  over and mingling with patches of newly healed skin. General Daisya keeps telling me to practice Tai Chi. Looks like his suggestion has some merit.

It does, a wonderfull form of excercise, easy on the joints

I learned it at home, my grandfather practisced it every morning, I learned by watching.

Really, I've been bed-ridden on and off for weeks, I was going to go insane if I didn't get myself moving. I'm tired of all this "rest" business.
