[He's not quite peering over his shoulder, more like peering around him.]

[He flicks some ash off in to the near by ashtray before taking another drag.]

[Oh he knows this Cross all too well. It was easy to distinguish between the few that he knew, and well. This one in particular... Was a different story. Still a bit awkward and all from all those months ago, but that didn't give him the excuse to be unfriendly.]

[It's not animosity on his end more like... Crippling embarrassment and awkwardness.]

I made sure not to keep glass or porcelain in places he could easily reach. I got tired of cleaning up shattered things.

...Pity. How are you managing on fixing it so far?

I have a few different things I could try. It'll get fixed though, even if I only end up bashing Nea's head in with it a few hours later.
