[Mattias is laying in the hospital bed in a quieter wing of the infirmary with at least one of the twins in the bed with her. She's already had a blood transfusion but is attempting to breastfeed one of the boys, a towel over her chest and the baby.

As the door opens she glances up tiredly without her eye-patch on and gives a strained smile.]
