[There's one hallway you're walking down that seems a little... off. It kind of gives you that creepy feeling that someone's staring at you. As you move closer and closer to the door at the end of the hall, your vision starts to get a little- odd. Everything goes black and white as you reach for the door...]

[he can't see the bodies, or the weird shift from colour to black and white... but he can smell the blood, and hear the static, and the laughter. And it's freaking him the hell out.]

Beansprout, get away!

[Allen might feel a horrible sense of impending doom, but- Kanda's able to grab him and yank him out of the room, and the door slams shut just in time. He was about a centimeter from death.]

[panting and shaking with sheer adrenaline]

What in the world was that?!

[now that the Impending Doom is not quite as impending, Kanda may notice Allen's looking... well, slightly off to one side of him, eyes wide in shock and fear, but oddly blank]

That was Alma- and why the hell are you even here?!

[He stares at Allen in horror.]

You- you're blind. Who did this?

[oh. welp. This again.]

This would be a good time to tell you a few things. I'm not the Allen you know - I've been blind since I was six - and you're not where you think you are.

[soft sigh] It's not a joke. We're not in your village anymore, Kanda, and I really am not the Allen you know.

[he knows the only way to prove the truth of his words is to, well, prove it - so he holds out his arm towards Kanda] Will you lead me? I can show you what I mean.
