[In one of the courtyards lavi laid on a hammock. Eye closed obviously relaxing. Unaware that he would soon be in a situation that would not make him happy.  He does not wish to be bothered, he just wants to relax and take a small nap.]

[Approaches a bit cautiously, weapon not yet drawn yet. Even as pissed as he was, Lavi couldn't attack a person that was sleeping. Approaches to see if Insanity is asleep or just faking sleep. If he doesn't react, Lavi will try to kick the hammock to overturn Insanity. That he had no problem doing]

[Miranda followed as quietly as possible. If her knees could clatter under her third uniform they would. Her Time Record was already in hand, although it looked like her tight grip on it could crack it.]

[Eyebrow starts to twitch. Opening his eye slowly he looks at Lavi then at Miranda.]

Whatever you think I did I didn't do it.

[They must be here because they want to scold him of something. At least that's what he thinks]

[Miranda just nods roughly. He did! He said it to their faces!]

[Miranda almost reaches out to him. Okay, Lavi, that was a bit low. If he fell the wrong way he could've broken --- Thinking this way isn't helping.]

[Lands with a oof. Getting on all fours he wipes away any dirt from his face. It didn't help when he landed face first. Glaring dagger at Lavi]

[Lavi certainly hopes something of Insanity is broken by the time the both of them leave here. It only serves him right]

I'm here for a little payback for your ol' partner Yuu and that Miranda who's life you made a living hell. I'm sure that Yuu probably went down kicking and fighting, but something tells me Miranda didn't stand a chance.

So you can get up, and we can start this properly, or I can start without you. Your choice.

[In that case he stands up dusting off all the dirt from his clothes. Strangely he doesn't wear anymore suits, it's sad, but he doesn't have to worry about getting too dirty. Just passively looking at both of them.]

I don't think anything about this situation is funny.

[Taking out his hammer and slinging it over his shoulder, mentally calculating where and when he should strike to try and keep Insanity off guard. He doesn't attack at that very moment though. He's waiting for the telltale glow of Miranda's Innocence that she is also ready]

[Smirking even wider at Miranda's reaction. Taking a step closer to them]

You know Kid you should have chosen a smarter partner. Even I know that this one is afraid of any confrontation. If you leave now I'll forget this ever happened.

Ah well. Sometimes the best way to learn to fly is to just jump out of the nest. So here we go, for better or worse.
