[Tyki is beginning to realize there is something wrong with his friend. The movement, the leaning. The hand that doesn't go away, the fact he's still in contact. It has him turning his head to look over his shoulder at the man, at the mirror images facing them.]

[Allen's fall, the fall of the Crow, the change in scene--maybe he's just used to this place now. There was surprise and then it's gone, because really, they could have turned into puppies and it would have been par for the course in this place, right?]

[But Solo is acting injured. Even if Tyki can't actually see anything wrong with him

[He keeps the other's chin in his fingers, tilting his head up to check those eyes closer, and insure the blood really isn't oozing from some wound on the other. The lack of focusing is a little worrying, or would be if he worried. But it might bear doing something about if it stays that way.]

Hardly worth mentioning. [He shrugs off the bruising and scrapes. Bravado, or just carelessness. They've both been through quite a bit worse.]

I should ask the same. I think we both came out the richer. [He taps a finger to the slight bulge in the other's breast pocket, looping an arm under Solo's elbow to accompany him to the shore.]

[He tries to dislodge the other man's grip. Having something so close was not helping his vision problems. Tyki was rather enjoying the blurry white. But his vision was coming back clearer with each moment.] My, my, you can just tell me I had pretty eyes, you know.

Fun to be had by all, then. Glad to see the chill hasn't dampened your mood. But your skin is a bit abnormally hot to the touch if you hadn't noticed.

[He'll accept the help on the ice, but once they get to more surface with more friction, he pulls his elbow out of the other man's grasp. Tyki straightens the collar of his jacket before digging for a cigarette as they head toward the building. He offers one in a manner of wordless thanks for the help.]

I'll agree that compared to earlier visits this seems tame, but I think I'm going to catch up on being inactive for a while. At least a good eight hours.

[Tyki lets go when shoved. There is the temptation to mess with the other, but the cool air, the boisterous attitude, he's feeling easy going as it is.]

If you wanted to hear such things from me you only had to ask. Such attention-seeking doesn't become you.

[He lets the other go when they reach the shore, accepting the cigarette with a grin and a nod.]

[Enjoying watching the gears turning in his head at that. Wait for it. There it is. Realization. He thwaps the other upside the head, but he makes no verbal comment about the subject.]

[They'll cross an expanse of crunching snow before they'll hit a shoveled walkway leading up to the doors. Recently, too. Someone must be working in vain to keep the path cleared. It isn't long before they are inside.]

[He looks around trying to locate where exactly this is. Ah, yes. He turns to face the left hallway. But he remembers something and turns around.]

Still a bundle of energy are you? I'd say don't get into more trouble, but neither of us want that, do we? And please, do try to refrain from licking the lizard. It was disturbing the first time.

[Tyki just laughs at the whap. That's the expression he wanted, after all. He lights his cigarette as they walk, taking a deep inhale, truly enjoying the cold air. It seems much less stifling than that cave. It's almost reluctantly that he follows the other inside.]

I thought a headache was more traditional~ [He teases, blowing a ring of smoke and smirking at the other man.]

[He's got a lighthearted expression on as well. It really was amazing how the mood could change so quickly.]

[He pats the other on the cheek lightly seeming to enjoy soaking in the smoke around him.] Yes, quite disturbing as I said. And I will have to pass on your generous offer.

[He pulls his fingers back, turning and waving at the man before shoving both hands into his pockets and heading down the hallway.]

[Tyki laughs, waving the other away and watching him walk on for a moment, fondness in his eyes, possessiveness as well, general high spirits there too.]

[Quite the jolly mood the whole adventure has left him in. Time to find some trouble to get into.]

Back at you. The things you come up with, the creativity in each thread that always has me wondering WHERE IS IT GOING NEXT and keeps me up at all hours.. Really I wish I could have threads going with you more often. But I suppose them being a little rare makes the treat sweeter.
