[Its been quite awhile since Miranda has made anything complicated in the kitchen and was in a bright enough mood to try something new. She wanted to try making tarts, she's always wanted to try making tarts... But apparently it was a little tougher than she had first thought

[Kitchen=food! He's so happy! Running over to the fridge now. He glances her way, getting a bunch of stuff out.] What are you baking?

Oh. I think you misunderstood me. I was referring to Miranda when I said the Heart. [Back to eating] Are you not the Heart in your world? But yes, we found out Miranda was the Heart.

[A pause, stopping eating. What did he say wrong? Oh dear, better apologize. Trying to swallow quickly and almost chokes.] Um, I'm s-*cough cough hack*sorry. I did-*cough*didn't mean to *cough cough*offend you. [Grabbing a drink now.]

You didn't offend me! I'm just surprised! I'm shocked! How could it be me?! I'm the useless Exorcist!

I don't think you're worthless, Miranda. I'm sure your Allen doesn't think so either. [He's got the coughing under control.] Besides, once you got used to your innocence, you were really helpful. And when the innocence began evolving, you were even more helpful.

I-I know... I'm just not that good... I've seen better versions of myself here... One was even a General.

[isaiditsallen]

A General? Really? [He's surprised.] Well, you remind me a bit of my Miranda.

I'm sure we're all a little a like...

I suppose so. [He shrugs, not really sure what else to say on the subject. He glances at the oven.] Hey, it's not really any of my business but aren't your tarts done? [He noticed that they looked done. Not sure if he should say anything though.] They'll probably burn if you leave them in there too long.

I've set the timer.

[She stands to look at the cute little cow shaped egg timer... Which is already at 0 and never went off... Alright, a minor panic attack occurs before Miranda gets the oven mits on to take the tray out of the oven. Good thing they look alright.]

[isaiditsallen]

Are they okay? [Peering at them over her shoulder. Thay look fine to him.] Ah, I'm glad I said something. It would've been a terrible shame to burn them. [Like most Allens, he hates wasting food.] Are you going to chill them now?

Yes, thats right.

[She putts them in the fridge afterwords... Now to wait an hour.]
