[Lavi frowns for a moment and just shakes his head.]

[Points at his throat and then shakes his head again. Can't talk anymore at the moment]

[Looks sheepish before walking over to a wall and placing a hand on it. Words might appear soon as though they were carved in it, saying:]

I lost my voice for the time being, unfortunately.

Unfortunately. But it seems like you're managing well enough.

[Grins. And more words appear:]

Of course. Though, it's easier if I talk to you in your mind. [This is him asking permission.]
