[Cyril is pacing up and down a room that's at the borders of the South Wing, occasionally glancing in the direction of a cot that's situated by the window. Sitting on a chair beside the cot is an Akuma, dressed as a nanny. The room is clearly a nursery, and the occupant of the cot is indisputably a baby...a baby who appears to be about a month old.]
