[Pass by a clinic today and you will see the less-than-triumphant return of Bookman. His forearms and what's visible of his chest are bandaged, and his right eye- most of the right side of his face, in fact- is covered as well.

He doesn't like dying, and he certainly doesn't like feeling like death warmed-over. So instead of a snarky remark or

In the time that I've been here, no. There have never been murders to this degree. Kidnappings, but not murders.

Then this is probably the first time something like this has happened for most of the Dressing Room residents. Seems like a lot of people have noticed, but no one is actually doing anything.

A bit hard to, when there are no witnesses and the styles of murder are inconclusive.

Of course not. But that's why only records have been taken, not action.

Compare data, obviously. From there, we track down the most likely suspects, and observe.

Taking on multiple apprentices to lead a movement to track down serial killers is hardly in the job description.
