[You're probably asking yourself why is their a trail of blood leading to the courtyard? Following it you'll see a bloodied, bruised Kanda slowly walking through the hallway. Falling to his knees he let's out a grunt of frustration.

He had a few scalpels sticking out of his thigh, his head was bleeding, he was coughing out blood, poisoned by an insane Lavi, and he was dying. It was safe to say he had better days. He slowly took out the scalpels from his thigh throwing them aside. His wound began to bleed more.]
