[It seems odd, that there should be a tent in the middle of a room. It doesn't even look like a normal tent, more like a gazebo made of fabric. Its dark blue exterior sets it apart from the white room, and even more so a black nose poking itself out from the flap. The bells near the flap jingle softly as the horse's nose sniffs at the air.
Then it talks.]
I do think you've gotten us lost again, this doesn't smell anything like the Gathering Plains are supposed to smell like.
[The nose disappears and a familiar voice is heard.]
It was darker than sleep's embrace last night, Mugen, but my eyesight was still good enough to find the plains. And your nose also proclaimed that home was not but a few hours away.
Alright, then. [Amusement.] Have a look see yourself, oh wise elf.
[A snort and a Kanda pokes his head through the opening. His hair has several beads in it, but it's braided instead of being pulled into a ponytail. Shows off his pointed ears.
He blinks slowly, taking in this...harsh architecture.]
One wonders if a High Mage has taken it into his head to summon an elf and his mount.
Do you want me to explore, or are you going to?
[He snorts again.] It would please me if you stopped poking me and stayed where you were.
[And the elf steps out in an elaborate set of dark blue armor, its surface beautifully engraved with swirls and the like. He pauses and looks around.]
It is most unfortunate, my friend, but I fear we are no longer anywhere near the plains, or home at all.
