Hehe. So. I've been finding myself really unhappy with how I'm playing a lot of my characters lately - most notably this Lenalee, who I'm finding is degenerating into something of a drama magnet. (gray_reflection, I know you said it was fine, but I apologize - that was really silly and my brain is melting over it now

Don't melt your brain over it! If it seemed like there was a problem, it was because I was having trouble figuring out what Allen would do. I know you said 'unless otherwise asked' so...this is me, otherwise asking. ...Because Allen will get too depressed and withdrawn without this Lenalee around.

I know what it's like to wake up the next day and want to kill the thread because I made a decision I wasn't happy with. If you want, I'll offer to have Allen forget it ever happened, and we can say it didn't. Just an option for you.

If you do decide to stick to semi-hiatus...well...not much I can do about it. But I love the way you handle your Lenalee...and was sort of hoping to do the halloween masquerade with her like you suggested.

Oh goodness, dear, you have no idea how much better you just made me feel. :D

It's not that it seemed like there was a problem in the thread, so much as I was thinking 'asldjflaj wtf was I thinking' cause I have the tendency to... be overdramatic and such in my writing and it's a tendency that, though I spend the majority of my time trying to dim it down and write more realistically, still surfaces monstrously every now and then. So, as cliche as this may sound, 'it's not you, it's me' applies here. XD

So - thank you, and I think I'm going to take that option you suggested and just erase it from the collective mind. And I'm glad you liked the idea of the Halloween masquerade~

Well, I kinda started at something with this guy's nightmares, but I dunno. He was originally created to be kind of a joke so I've been scrambling to make a background. Do you have any ideas of what their lives were like?

Yay for joke characters turned serious XD Yeah, I was figuring the nightmares were going somewhere eventually.

I really haven't put much thought into their background, so I guess we've both been winging it. As far as I know, standard stuff happened with Allen - adopted by Mana, Mana dies in some accident or something, stuck with Cross somehow, takes up stripping to pay the bills since Cross can easily get him into the business. As for Kanda, well, his past is so sketchy in canon that in an AU it's easy enough to do pretty much anything with him!

...Wow I just rambled a lot without saying really anything useful. What have you thought of for Kanda's background, if anything?

I feel the same sometimes. And 'cause I'm not so good in english yet, my playings are worse too 'cause I don't know how or what to say.
