And here is where I spam both the OOC comm before the main event.
This here is Lavi, the Noah of Memories; he's not to be confused with Dreams. Rather than dreams, Lavi has the ability to peek into others' memories and allow them to physically manifest to his liking. If you'd like to know more about him, his AU information is right here. Unlike Road, whose world is essentially her own playground, a person must have experienced a memory in order for him to peek into it. This is includes repressed memories, and memories that have been altered.
A character must have experienced a particular memory in order for him to allow it to manifest.
Lavi also has a flair for the dramatic, and plans on entering the DR with a bit of ~style~ in the form of a ballroom post dedicated to the exploitation of the residents' memories.
Basically, he's going to commandeer a random hallway and turn the lights down low. As your character walks down the hall, they'll pass a series of doors on either side that will automatically open into other residents' memories. Your character can choose to watch the memories - and maybe get sucked into the void to have their own memories put out for the world to see - or continue down the hall to talk to him. He will be delighted to meet you ♥!
Lavi may not tag memories, but it will be assumed that he is pulling the strings. This way, respective muns can control their characters' memories.
For those that Lavi does tag, however: this is the first permissions post in a series of many. If you'd like Lavi to personally muck around with your characters' memories, please take a look at this.
