So there's this meme floating around with the instructions:
  1. Go into the archives of your blog.

  3. Link to that entry in a new entry. This is the meaning of your life.

hey - you're looking at it wrong - that one says that the meaning of your life is to take something that has catastrophically failed and to fix it, even if only part-way...

That's pretty cool by me!! :)

Well yeah, that's better than the "I'm doomed to have unreliable transportation and never be sure whether I've completely fixed things" interpretation ...

So if you don't have a blog, your life is empty and void of meaning?

that would mean that the desitny of my life is to forget what day it is.

The 42nd entry ever in my LJ is a meme, directing me to

1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 23.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal along with these instructions.

The sentence I posted was from Lewis Glinert's The Joy of Hebrew, and it was, "The reward for a mitzvah is one more mitzvah, and the penalty for an avera is a further avera."

My comment was, "Ominous, that, perhaps?!"
