I'm glad your health is pointed back towards reasonable.

wrt the ER bill, IANAL and I am given to understand that in most states there is a mandate that hospitals provide a certain portion of care to those who cannot pay, without billing. I don't know what the requirements for qualification or proof might be, but ISTM that you would have a fair shot, especially considering the enormity of most ER costs.

I heard that too. Perhaps you could ask the hospital whether they do this, and what forms need filling out?

I do not have the number off hand but if you call the hot line you can get it, or any sort of crisis line or help line should be able to help you out. I wish I had a car or a job or some way that I could be of real help to you. It so sucks to a scope got for some twits UN grounded free floating fear and lack of esteem.

Be very careful about arming yourself. I have a feeling that even were it a clear case of self defense, the Baltimore police and prosecutor is likely to persecute someone who is a sexual minority. Yeah, that sucks, but I have never gotten the impression that Baltimore was a city friendly to those not traveling in the mainstream along with the rest of the sheep.

I bounced to your website, for giggles, and saw a mention of the MD Ren Festival - are you still a participant/attendee/whathaveyou? I play there a few weekends each season, have for the past three years...where are you to be found there?
I know, couldn't be more off-topic, but what can I say?

I am sorry I read the second post first and as a result didn't know the reason for the injuries. What these people did was very criminal and there is no reason for it. Although I understand you feelings about the police I still hope they find them and that the information you have given them will lead to a some jail time for these asses.

Told my friends of this attack and all agree it is something that should not stand, nor should these people get away with this.
