The Delicate Flowers sign now hangs over double doors that open into a small foyer. To the left is the brothel itself, but now an entranceway to the right leads into the new nightclub

Lilly's lounging near the entranceway, a champagne glass on one hand. Her dress is slinky and black and clinging, her heels are practically deadly, and she's smiling.

Inara is leaning against the wall near the bar, looking around with pride and excitement, glass of shimmer wine in her hand. She's wearing a sapphire lbue lengha choli and her hair is loose around her face.

The old pirate has entered. Immediately, he feels more at home inside than he has since arriving in the Bar. The hum of the lights of the future is gone, replaced by proper candlelight. It's still too clean, but it will do for now.

"Yes, miss. Wasn't able to find anyone to tell me where it was till now." He smiles back. "Is my understanding correct that the drinks are free?" He's hoping for more, but not expecting it.
She had seen the advertisement in Say True when she had ordered a cup of tea moments after arriving back in the bar. Night clubs weren't exactly her thing, but Sarah Jane had a sinking suspicion that one could easily be James, especially given its location.
So after a quick stop to her room to drop off her items and change in to something more suitable (a red and somewhat clingy modern dress), she's at the party. More specifically, Sarah's standing by a table with her glass of wine, looking for a certain boyfriend of hers to surprise.
And, of course, anyone else she might happen to know.
"I could ask you the same thing," Sarah replies, laughing and smiling at the cheesy pick up line. Jokingly, "And here I thought you were a serial monogomist. Brothels don't exactly fall under that heading, do they?"

Chloe's more than happy when she guides Riley out towards the dance floor, after the bare minimum of arm-twisting was needed to get her boyfriend to agree to this.
She stands there for a moment, beaming up at him. "Mr. Poole, can I have this dance?"

"Hey," complains Riley, settling his arms comfortably around her waist. "You're stealing all my lines. Except -- I wouldn't say 'Mr. Poole.' " Beat. "That would be weird."

"Thanks, Sarah Jane! It should, it took us forever. Apparently, perfection can't be rushed or something."

"Hey, cutie," he says lightly. "What's a nice girl like you doing at a brothel like this?"

[ooc: Address your tag to Mal, and Steph'll pick it up when she's around, or just get your drink magically from the bar.]
