He shrugs again. "I'm usually working. My focus is almost always on something else."

"You work?" Juliette laughs at that, with a bit of a sneer. She dislikes peasants and people who work for a living.

"I'd be surprised if you hadn't met a few of mine."

"I only just showed up. Who are yours?"

"They go by the name Pendergast. The two most outgoing are infinitely annoying." She grins; she adores them anyway.

Juliette shrugs. "Don't know 'em." She grins back, though, liking Perpetua's grin. "You're not bad, though."

*flops on a nearby couch and she can have a bit of a cocky grin* I can't say that I have without knowing who it is you are, but I can say that I should hope you haven't met any of my incompetent siblings, because that might mean Dad's been slumming without us knowing anything about it and that would be rather disgusting.

"I'm Juliette Maraloffski. You might know Konstantin or Galina. The triplets haven't gotten here yet."
